To name a few...

So... what makes the perfect bowl? My requirements are simple, a bowl, carbs, sauce and colour. Yup! That's it for me, the building blocks of a spectacular bowl. Don't believe me? It's alright, I can prove it...

There is just something so comforting about a bowl of food isn't there? I don't know what it is about that particular piece of crockery that evokes the feeling of calm and contentedness but it's there.

Maybe it's the years of subliminal conditioning from mama bear, "have a bowl of this, that'll make you feel better" or maybe it's the fact you use both hands to cup it towards you?!?!

Anyway I digress. Last week was half term so obviously because I let myself totally chill out I felt absolutely horrific and run down for a good few days. Feeling sorry for myself has me reaching for that bowl and this got me thinking... bowls are the IN thing right now aren't they? From smoothie bowls to taco bowls they are EVERYWHERE on social media!  Check out my bowl of comfort..
