Hit me with that sugary goodness!

Ok so sometimes, admittedly more often than is probably advised in my case, I want a sweet treat. Suprised...? You shouldn't be I mean really, every few posts I manage to work in or comment on the necessity of sugary goodness in and around my face!

Believe it or not, when I started blogging in the hope of tracking my journey in becoming a healthier human I hadn't realised how much I would grow to enjoying it. I admit I had no doubt I'd see it through as I'm as stubborn as a mule. Literally EVERYONE who knows me will tell you. However, now more than ever I enjoy coming up with recipes!

I do believe I have managed to create something so great at curbing my sugar cravings that I just had to share it. These energy bites are the perfect little balls of yum! Super quick and easy and taste great. They last the whole week in the fridge too if you can keep your hands of them!

INGREDIENTS - makes 20
100g rolled oats
80g peanut butter
30g honey
30g chocolate whey protein
25g mixed seeds

1. Mix all ingredients until fully combined
2. Scoop a teaspoon of the mixture into your hands and roll into balls and chill
