CELERY & CABBAGE SOUP

INGREDIENTS - serves 2
8 stalks of celery
1/4 of a white cabbage, roughly 200g
300ml vegetable stock

METHOD
1. Roughly chop the celery and cabbage and cover with stock
2. Simmer for 8 minutes until celery is soft
3. Blend
4. Drizzle with cream and some crispy pancetta and serve with some fresh bread
