PULLED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS - serves 8


1kg chicken breast 
1 red onion 
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp Worcester sauce
2 tbsp hot sauce (I used franks)
2 x chicken stock cube (I used oxo)
1 cup water
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp chilli
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp chilli sauce

METHOD
1. Finely slice the onion
2. Put the chicken breast in the slow cooker
3. Add all the ingredients and stir
4. Put the slow cooker on low and leave for at least 4hrs
