RUM RIBS MARINADE

All done in 3 easy steps!



INGREDIENTS

200ml tomato ketchup
100g brown sugar (I used a Demerara)
100ml chili and garlic sauce
100ml dark rum
100ml white wine vinegar
50ml dark soy sauce
50ml Worcester sauce



METHOD
  1. Weigh out all your ingredients
  2. Throw them all together in a Ziploc bag
  3. Shake
