INGREDIENTS - serves 2

5 large langoustines halved and deveined
2 slices of Italian bresaola
1/2 chilli (I kept some seeds in)
1tbsp butter
1/2tsp lazy garlic
1/2tsp mixed herbs
black pepper
1/4 lemon


1. Pre-heat your oven to 200oc
2. Dice your bresaola and chilli
3. Place your halved langoustines in an ovenproof dish
4. In a small pan, gently heat your butter with the bresaola, chilli, garlic and herbs until fully melted
5. Pour the butter mixture over the langoustines and gently shake to make sure they are all covered
6. Grind over some black pepper and squeeze over the juice of 1/4 of a lemon
7. Bake for 4mins until the langoustines are just opaque
8. Serve with a lemon wedge
